Schneider St. Aventinus. Get it. Try it. Fall in love with it. Oh and they make an eisbock too which will leave you on the floor if you have more than a couple.

I actually toured their brewery a month ago. Everything they make is fantastic and it’s a shame they don’t import a lot of it to the us, especially the unfiltered Kellerbier pictured above. It makes me sad those bottles are only €0.85 over there and many times that here.
